The dynamic marking “m” is used throughout to indicate “mezzo”, or medium volume, in place of the more typical “mf” and “mp”.
Instrumentation: [5, 4, 4, 4] soprano, alto, 2 tenor, baritone saxophones; trumpet 4 doubles flugelhorn.
